Beautiful gardens in the Hampshire countryside near Newbury, open to visitors on Sunday 23 June

Something for everyone - fantastic range of five gardens to visit with lots of interest from formal planting schemes to traditional cottage gardens with colours, structure and views - lots to inspire the keen, casual or amateur gardener alike.

Bacon butties for early birds from 11.30 at Bourne House, with off-road parking. Teas and cakes with the East Woodhay Silver Band playing - 2.30 to 4.30pm. Ever popular plant sale and tombola with fantastic prize at Church Farm (parking on-site).

Round off the day with an outdoor service of garden praise at 5.30pm at Church Farm, close to St Martin’s Church.

To visit the gardens: either park close to the clusters of gardens, or visit on foot or by bike. A map will be provided with your ticket.

Tickets can be purchased at any of the gardens - £8.00 - under 12s free - no advance booking needed.

The gardens are:

- Sungrove Lodge - RG20 0AG

- Dormer Cottage - RG20 0AF

- Rectory Farm - RG20 0AL

- The Old Rectory - RG20 0AL

Funds raised will go towards Prior’s Court School and the upkeep of St Martin’s Church, East Woodhay.
