Normal pattern of services

First Sunday of the month

11am - Parish Communion, using the Common Worship service model

Second Sunday

8am - Holy Communion - Book of Common Prayer

Third Sunday

6pm - Evensong - Book of Common Prayer

Fourth Sunday

9.30am - Morning Worship (based on the Common Worship model but without communion)

After the summer holiday period the service schedule now reverts to the normal pattern, but with one minor variation just for September, the Evensong and Holy Communion services being swapped round

Services at St Martin's are:

• 7th September: Parish Communion, with baptism, at 11am
• 14th: Evensong at 6pm
• 21st: Holy Communion at 8am
• 28th: Morning Worship at 9.30am

Special services

Weddings, baptisms, funerals and memorial services are regularly held at St Martin's. The church is spacious and can easily accommodate two hundred people. We can provide an organist and choir if required. Please contact us for further details.

Church facilities

The church has facilities for those with disabilities, including a parking bay immediately adjacent to the porch, a ramp at the entrance for wheelchairs and an induction loop facility to support hearing aids. There is also an accessible lavatory. Please let us know if you have any particular requirements.
