St Martin's Church, in common with most other Anglican churches, is required to be financially self-sufficient. All the costs of running the church have to be met by income raised by the parish. These costs range from the day-to-day expenses associated with supporting Christian worship and activities in the community to maintaining the fabric of the church building.

...or you can generate donations to St Martin's AT NO COST TO YOU (!!!) through our collaboration with Easy Fundraising. Simply read on and then follow the steps below.

How does it work? Whenever you buy anything online – from your weekly shop to your annual holiday – you can generate free donations to St Martin's.

There are over 8,000 retailers on board ready to make a donation – including eBay, Argos, John Lewis & Partners, ASOS, Booking.com and M&S – and it won’t cost you a penny extra to help us raise funds.

All you need to do is:

  1. Go to this link and sign up.
  2. Click the 'Add extension' button on the top right had corner of the Easy Fundraising home page. (There is also an app available if you are using a tablet or smartphone)
  3. Then click the 'Add to ...' button on the next page to confirm that you want the Donation Reminder.

Then every time you shop online, go to easyfundraising first to find the site you want, or (far easier!!) simply go straight to the retailer's site and start shopping.

After you’ve checked out, the retailer will make a donation to St Martin's at no extra cost to you whatsoever!

There are no catches or hidden charges and we'll be really grateful for your donations!

Do let us know, via the Contact page, if you have problems with setting up this up. We'd be delighted to help!
